Out of Stock Policy

Our catalogue is produced in limited runs and stock is updated regularly, but occasionally an item sells out after your order is placed.

If your item is unavailable

• We'll email you within 2 business days of your order.
• You can choose to wait for the restock (usually 2–4 weeks), swap for another size or style, or receive a full refund.
• If we don't hear back within 7 days, we'll automatically refund the unavailable item to your original payment method.

For partially fulfilled orders, the in-stock items ship straight away at no extra cost.
